GOD RESET HIS TIMEPIECE Part ONE by Karen A Roth
God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds (ages). ~HEBREWS 1:1-2
God revealed that there’s a ‘winding down’ of the Age… and more importantly, that we can participate in the ‘winding up’ of the new Age. While expressing this, He showed a Grandfather Clock. Just as a Grandfather Clock must be RESET at the end of its cycle; so likewise, the Great Timepieces of History.
Moses built one of the Great Timepiece, the Tabernacle in the Wilderness that initiated a step-by-step plan for turning man back to God’s original intention or purpose. The Law taught mankind of proper order through obedience, with consequences for each disobedience.
David’s Taberncle was overshadowed by the Temple of Solomon because he discovered God’s purpose before its time of manifestation. God blessed David’s house—ordaining his generations as the royal-priesthood of the spiritual tabernacle of God in the Earth in an Age yet to come.
The Temple of Solomon exemplified man’s approach to God. Out of this pattern of perfection came the inception of the Church. If we recognized the manifestations of the Spirit operating in and through us, then we understand how we fit and/or function in the Age.
= THE END OF AN AGE
But as for you, go your way to the end; then you will enter into rest and rise again for your inheritance at the end of the age. ~DANEL 12:13
Paul believed the Ages had been planned from the very beginning. It’s very probable that they complement the Days of Creation; the Feast Days of Israel; etc. The Bible records the different Ages in history.
Jesus ended the Age as it had been declared from the beginning … saying, “’It is finished!’ And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.” He fulfilled His purpose as a Timepiece—marking the end of an Age; and turned another page in the book of Ages.
Both David and Jesus bypassed the “rituals of obedience” of the Law, and demonstrated the “surrender” of their heart to God—understanding how to walk through the veil or door of surrender into the Ark/Heart of God.
Jesus taught that love forgives and dispels darkness—removing the veil of obscurity. When we forgive our brother, we ‘surrender’ to the love of God, similar to Jesus before He surrendered His Spirit back to God.
= “ACCORDING TO THE PATTERN”
… See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you … ~HEBREWS 5:8
Everything in the Tabernacle demonstrated how to worship or surrender to God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. The Old Testament set the pattern with rituals to teach man how. David worshiped/surrendered to God from his heart—dancing and singing before the Ark of God, yet he still had to follow the Proper Order of the Age or suffer consequences.
Paul wrote the Epistles to interpret the meaning of the Tabernacle/Temple. Jesus fulfilled every portion and position of the Tabernacle/Temple Plan. He was the Lamb, Bread, Wine, Light, High priest, etc. Paul said he had a lot to say about this, but we’ve grown ‘dull of hearing.’ What if the ‘dull of hearing’ is being lulled by the story and missing its deeper meaning? Are we still acting out the rituals to the story of Passover/Redemption in the Temple, but never coming to the greater truth—discovering our purpose in fulfilling God’s plan for this Age?
The Law demanded ‘obedience’ through rituals, but the Spiritual Tabernacle of God exemplifies ‘surrender. Those “who by reason of use,” learn to ‘surrender’ to the divine purpose of God, receive His benefits—the ‘abundance of everything.’
= ABSOLUTE SURRENDER
Jesus became our example of how to forgave in the worst situations—dying on the cross. He looked down at His hateful accusers and said. “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” He demonstrated absolute surrender to the will/love of God—and the way to the Ark was ripped wide open for us to follow in like manner.
Those who surrender to the will and purpose of God, not only fulfill the Law, but the veil is lifted and they see another dimension of His power and glory. It’s similar to what happened at the stoning of Stephen: he cried out, “’Lord, do not charge them with this sin’ … calling on God saying, ‘Lord Jesus, receive my spirit…’” Those who saw his face, said it was the face of an angel.
How can we manifest our eternal purpose for this Age? Jesus was the type and the pattern—He fulfilled His purpose by surrendering to God’s. He manifested eternal purpose by how He surrendered to each moment or situation every day of His life. Are we aware of our purpose? How do we practice surrendering in the moment?
= “IT’S TIME”
And ‘suddenly’ there came a sound from heaven, and a rushing might wind filled the whole house where they were sitting… ~ACTS 2:2
Those looking for the ‘Ark’ of God missed seeing Jesus. Those looking for ‘Jesus’ may miss seeing the Body of Christ. But, those understanding the outworking of the spiritual Tabernacle of God in the earth awaken to see the love of God abounding in and through the Body of Christ and want to participate.
God already RESET His Timepiece for the next Age. What took thousands of years to unfold in history becomes a ‘quick’ RESET of the Age—what the Bible refers to as ‘a quick work,’ a ‘suddenly.’ Just like the day of Pentecost, our day already dawned in history. Those awake, see,
We are called after the order of Melchizedek. God spoke: “It’s time to break through the veil and cut the cord …” It’s our time to establish ‘proper order’ in the Age we live. God gives double portions to key men and women at the dawning of an Age. That’s why in the book of Genesis, we read about spiritual giants walking among the sons and daughters of mankind.
God shines forth from Zion in the year of Jubilee; the time when God restores everything that’s our inheritance back to us, and we have the abundance of everything. It’s time we stop hiding who God called us to be … a generation of founding fathers and giants of a new Age.
